Final Exam Review

Final Exam Review will begin on May 17. It will go on to May 19. Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to:

• Adobe Photoshop (Pixel based)
• Adobe Illustrator  (Vector based)
• Publishing
• Safety
• Printing (Screen and Digital)
• Lab Operations
• Pre-Press
• Measurement
• Halftone
• File Formats
• Animated GIF (Image Ready)

FINAL PROJECT

A final project is required. You may select from all of the projects completed this year in class. You will redo the project you select. The goal of the final project is for you to use what you have learned and apply that knowledge. Hopefully you understand the do's and don'ts of the project you select, as you have learned from your experiences in Graphic design. Please do something totally different in concept, and do not try to hand in an assignment you have already completed. Doing so will result in the grade of zero. Good luck.

CAREER / DIGITAL PORTFOLIO  due Friday April 30th (-20 points each day late!)

IRON-ON TRANSFER due by May 07, 2010 (-20 points each day late)

SCREEN PRINTING GROUP PROJECT due by May 14, 2010 (-20 points each day late!)

Career Portfolio

Students will create a career portfolio in a multi-media format. This presentation will include:

The animated GIF project is due Today. Be sure to turn your assignment in to the teacher on TIME!
