MONDAY:
GDP-Students will learn about trade customs and copyright laws. Vocabulary and key concepts will be covered including copyright infringement and ethics for the Graphic designer. IGD -students are covering safety and health. AGD-are working on "live work" and principles of screen printing. Ongoing Projects include: CD, Business set, live work and T-shirt design.
TUESDAY:
IGD-Students are working on the CD; GDP- students are working on business specific sets and AGD students are working on the T-shirt design projects. Students must note which techniques and styles they are using in their designs. It is required the design be displayed either in print. This information will be needed for the upcoming critique. Adobe Illustrator skills will be covered. Tips, tools and techniques will be covered.
WEDNESDAY:
ALL-Students will learn more about the elements and principles of design. This includes color theory and the psychology of color. The first common assessment will cover safety and typography. Several warm-ups and closing will be given to reinforce those concepts to help students prepare for assessments.
THURSDAY:

GDP-Students are working the snowman illustration to learn how to use tools in Illustrator. In addition,the elements and principles are studied more in depth, including rules, color and composition. Additional Adobe Illustrator skills pertaining to the business set project will be covered will be covered.
