Week of 3-30-15 to 4-3-15

MONDAY:

 

AAVTC-GDP-7 Explore different outlets for typography and define its role in design.
7.1. Demonstrate knowledge of typographic principles relating to layout and page composition.

Students will complete typography reading assignment. Students will complete typography vocabulary assignment. Students will complete typography review puzzle. Soapbox project is on-going. Screen printing is on- going. All student projects are due before we leave for spring break.




TUESDAY:

 
AAVTC-GDP-7 Explore different outlets for typography and define its role in design.
7.1. Demonstrate knowledge of typographic principles relating to layout and page composition.
Students are Employing digital input techniques as they input their sketches into the computer. AGD is developing an animated GIF for their PBL. GDP is finalizing their sketches for the soapbox project. The screen-printing project is still ongoing. In addition students must develop a figurative typographic solution for an image of their choice. Typography review part 2. Students use notes from graphic organizers.

 
 
 
WEDNESDAY:
